Joe Ankus has over 18 years of legal recruiting experience and has placed hundreds of attorneys in South Florida in law firms and corporations. The firm is routinely called upon to provide observations about the legal marketplace for local and national publications, serve as an expert witness regarding employability and to provide training for scores of legal recruiters on a nationwide basis. Joe was born and raised in South Florida and practiced law at Dechert LLP in Philadelphia and at Holland & Knight in Miami before becoming a legal recruiter in 1991. He is the legal recruiting industry’s first trainer specializing in legal search. Joe Ankus is the current Executive Director for NALSC® and Stephanie Ankus is the Account Executive. Prior to becoming Executive Director, Joe served on NALSC’s Board of Directors and was a past Chairperson of the Ethics Committee.
