PLEASE NOTE: For dues- any branch office(s) is now rolled into the main office (with dues calculated by number of legal search firm consultants company-wide all whom must abide by the NALSC Code of Ethics®).
I understand that in order to be eligible for membership in the National Association of Legal Search Consultants (NALSC®), as a member firm or individual, I must derive at least 51% of net revenues from the placement of attorneys into permanent attorney positions. I have reviewed the NALSC Code of Ethics® and understand its provisions. I/my firm agree to operate in accordance with the NALSC Code of Ethics®, bylaws, Member Code of Conduct, Antitrust policy, and binding arbitration rules. I understand that a violation of the NALSC Code of Ethics® may result in censure, suspension or expulsion.
I/my firm understand and agree that the NALSC Code of Ethics applies to and binds all legal search consultants in all offices of a Regular or Affiliate Member (even if the Regular or Affiliate Member’s offices act as independent entities), so long as (1) the legal search consultant is operating under the same or substantially similar name as the Regular or Affiliate Member, and (2) the legal search consultant is engaged in the placement of attorneys into full-time legal positions.
I hereby verify the provisions above.
Please note: NALSC membership dues cannot be deducted as a charitable contribution, but may be deductible for federal income tax purposes as an ordinary and necessary business expense. Consult with your tax professional accordingly.
