Seeking a highly motivated legal recruiter with a track record of accomplishments to join our team. Candidate can work remotely or work out of the Camarillo, CA office. The responsibilities will include recruiting, interviewing, and placing legal professionals in direct-hire and/or contract positions with our clients. This role will require an individual that is focused on providing the highest quality customer service to both clients and candidates; providing innovative recruiting strategies and tactical implementations to ensure a continuous flow of exceptional candidates; developing new candidate and client relationships through cold calls, referrals, and social media efforts; and maintaining accurate candidate and client records. Legal recruiting experience preferred but not required. Competitive base salary plus commission. Full-Time.
