Alignment Recruiting began in 2016 after its founder, Liz Hudson, spent several years as a legal recruiter wondering how she could better serve both her candidates and their potential employers. As a team, we have decades of experience in the legal recruiting industry and have also worked as attorneys and law firm recruiting managers, among other things. Alignment Recruiting's main mission is to truly be a valuable ally to both our clients and candidates. We take the focus off of high volume candidate moves and instead have shifted it to high quality moves where both parties are happy for many years to come. Building and fostering long-term relationships with candidates and clients became the cornerstone on which Alignment Recruiting was founded and we’ve seen it make such a difference in the recruiting process overall!
